Splunk Fundamentals
Course Description
The courses in this skill path build a foundational competence with Splunk’s core software.
This includes a basic understanding of SPL searching and reporting commands and creating knowledge objects, using field aliases and calculated fields, creating tags and event types, using macros, creating workflow actions and data models, and normalising data with the Common Information Model in either the Splunk Enterprise or Splunk Cloud platforms.
The skills here are applicable to anyone interested in Splunk, be it for Operations, Security, Data, or Development purposes.
